Is the Starter plan actually free forever?: Yes. No credit card required. No trial that expires. The Starter plan gives you real comp plan intelligence and a daily priority feed for up to 50 downline members — permanently. It is not a crippled preview.
What is included in the free trial for paid plans?: The free trial gives you full access to the Leader or Executive plan for 14 days — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or stay on Starter.
Can I change plans at any time?: Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrade or cancel at the end of your billing period. No lock-in, no penalty.
Do subscriptions renew automatically? Can I get a refund?: Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from within the app — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. What counts toward the 50-member Starter limit?: Any person in your imported downline counts as one member. Contacts from Leader Suite integrations (LeaderLeads, LeaderCal, etc.) do not count toward the limit.
